In summation, in the summer of 2019 I planned, funded, and executed a usability study that focused on identifying the issues that non crypto savvy users encounter when interacting with crypto wallets for the first time. Here, the study specifically focused on five different wallets for the Proof-of-Stake based cryptocurrencies PIVX, NEO, LISK, ARK, and XLM.
